26th day
Today was a really busy day. I worked on the presentation all morning, adding more pictures and a few of the ideas Jeff talked about monday. The presentation is finally coming together. I also learned today that we have to add some more videos of our own, hopefully we will have enough time to do that. We filmed the videos today with Jeff, we spent about an hour driving around trying to get all of the different eye movements we needed. After I got back I worked on the presentation some more and went home around 5
25th day (mon)
Today was my 25th full day, I missed a week for a family vacation. I had a pretty busy day today trying to get as much work done as possible on my presentation. I came in Friday afternoon and saturday morning to work on it as well. Today I added videos and some pictures from the geosciences experiment. Other than working on the presentation I worked with the Nexus with Jake in the afternoon. Jeff also critiqued our presentation today, so I'm going to have a lot of work to do tomorrow.

24th day
Today was just a normal day in the lab. I got in at 9 and worked on the presentation untill about 1130. At 1130 I went outside to watch some of the people in the class drop water balloons and capture it on a high speed camera. Afterwards I watched the videos of the balloons dropping and popping, it was really interesting. After lunch I came back to the lab and worked on the Geology Tobii experiment until I left around 445.

23rd day
Today was a pretty normal day. After the morning meeting I went to my lab and worked on the presentation until lunch time. For lunch I went to the Undergraduate picnic with the rest of the interns, it was pretty good and it was free. After lunch I went with the optics group to see some of the things they were working on, and then I came back to the visual perception lab. At 230 I started trying to work on the Tobii with Jake and Ben, It went fairly well. We put all of the necessary pictures into the experiment, and ran it 5 times on different people. At 445 we explained the system to the dean of sciences, ran her as a subject, and then went home.

22nd day
I didn't really do too much today. I worked on my presentation as much as I could, but since I don't have the last project done, a major part of the presentation, its hard to work on. Jake and I were supposed to use the Tobii remote eye tracker today to start working on our geology eye tracking project, but since the hard drive was broken we only got about 30 minutes of work done. Other than that I finished the first half of my AP Physics summer work, and read the paper for the lab meeting Thursday.

21st day
Today was very busy. In the morning I worked on my final presentation as much as I could. We still havent started our last project, which makes it hard to make the powerpoint. At 1130 Joe and Bob took all of the interns out to lunch at pellegrinos, I got a turkey sub. After lunch we went to the U of R to see the laser lab. Unfortunately our tour guide didnt know that much about the facilities, but it was still really interesting. The rooms where the lasers were were extremely cool. We even got to see a test shot of the lasers. I got back to the lab at 2 and worked on my project some more until about 430 when I went home.

20th day
Today we went on a field trip to ITT. It was really interesting, we learned about what they do at the space branch of ITT, which is the one we visited. After a presentation we went on a tour of the area where they create lenses. We were also shown a project called ANGEL which had to do with remote sensing. Im not totally sure how much detail I'm aloud to tell about what we saw, so thats all I'm going to say. We went out for subs after the field trip, and then I went home.
